XactMan (Client/Server) is one of the most innovative tools available that allows easy access to CA-MANMAN^® data with a Windows^® based interface. It takes advantage of a true distributed processing environment, which divides the processing resources between the HP e3000 and the user's PC. It uses an approach accepted by many to be the preferred method of providing business users and management with easy Windows based screen handling while interfacing without alteration to existing business processes. All communications with the HP3000 are real-time allowing access to the most current data at all times.

XactMan (Client/Server) features graphical elements like drop down selection boxes, grids and tabs for easy, intuitive interaction with the software. All grid views are fully customizable and can be exported for use in other Windows applications. Navigation between the various screens is made easy by clickable links on related data fields.

Order Management:

- This package represents CA-MANMAN^® OMAR functionality.
- Complete Order Entry functionality.

- All of the List and Report commands exist.

Purchase Requisition System:

- Automated method for creating and tracking purchase requisitions.
- Multi level approval and electronic notification of 'action required' via email.
- Automatic creation of Purchase Orders.

Transaction Log To SQL Converter (TRLog):

- Moves the transaction log files of CA-MANMAN^® into a Microsoft SQL database for more readily accessed and used resource.
- A transaction log reporting tool is provided to view and search on the TRLog SQL database
- Ability to refresh transaction log tables on demand from CA-MANMAN^®

Image To SQL Converter (CS/ITS):

Process Route Sheet (CS/PRS):

- Graphical User Interface (GUI) based product designed to enhance CA-MANMAN^® (MFG)        by providing complete flexibility to incorporate process instructions into product routings.
- Provides a free form text editor to document quality assurance, management responsibility,        design control and corrective action steps, as well as assembly instructions.

XactView:

- XactView effortlessly creates the data structure for a SQL database, loads the Image data into the relational database, and updates the relational database as desired.
- XactView creates tables and indexes to match the data structures in the Image Database.
- XactView also allows the user to create additional search items that do not exist in the Image database, and create new links when necessary.
- XactView allows inquiry for all the relevant Master Datasets and detail level related data
