XactMan® Shopping Cart (XW/b2c)

XactMan® Shopping Cart (XW/b2c) was developed to provide a fully functional web presence for companies using MANMAN/OMAR®. Customers such as consumers, distributors, resellers and sales agents can enter orders via the web while enjoying the seem less integrating with the host system (HP3000 and MANMAN/OMAR®). In addition to allowing companies to create Web Catalog, consumers can create their own sub-catalog with product crossreferencing. XactMan® web provides a comprehensive security system. This security system is used to protect both, company and customer data as well as access to detail information. All activity has real time access to the core system (HP3000 & MANMAN®), thus allowing immediate visibility of customer order status as well as shipping information. All users communication is threaded through a Web Server that is for responsible for accessing the data from HP/3000. This solution is fully scalable by utilizing a web farm. The MANMAN®/OMAR® interface takes into consideration all of the business rules implemented (including pricing tables, security, bill-to and ship-to information, etc.). Orders entered via the shopping cart are handled based on security rules (i.e. hold status, email notification, audit and approval requirements as defined. The system has interface build in for common carries and financial institution for credit card transactions if, those function are installed by the company.
